Using the findings from the quantitative and qualitative study, a modified Delphi consensus process will be utilised involving a series of online workshops and prioritisation surveys with stakeholders. The process will identify and prioritise the content and structure of an ethnicity module questionnaire to be incorporated in the NHS CHECK survey, interview topic guides to be used during the qualitative study, a Race Equality Impact Assessment tooklit, education, and training resources, and a series of VR scenarios developed in collaboration with Maudsley Learning, Future Learn, and Challenge Consultancy, to support staff psychological safety, mitigating inequalities face by Black, Asian and minority ethnic staff during and beyond COVID-19, which will be subsequently piloted prior to scale up.
